If after updating your iPad things do not return to normal you may need to “Sync” your iPad with the management system to let it know you have updated and are now in compliance to have restrictions lifted. The Intelligent Hub app (formerly known as AirWatch Agent) needs to communicate with the servers to confirm that your device is now compliant. To get the device to communicate the connection needs to be Sync’ed.
|2. Tap on row labeled This Device|
|3. Tap on the Sync Device button.|
|4. Tap OK on the pop up and close Intelligent Hub.|
|The device will now sync with the server in the background and the system should update the device’s compliance status shortly. If you continue to experience issues please visit your school’s Help Desk for additional support.|
