If you are using a PC running Windows
you will use the following link to download the software:

A FirstClass installer will appear on the desktop.
Double-click the Installer icon to run the InstallShield Wizard. |

You will be prompted to enter your name and company.
The FirstClass application should be installed in your C:\ProgramFiles
directory.
Run the InstallShield Wizard through the entire install process. |

Once FirstClass is installed, Choose Start>Programs>FirstClass to
launch the application.

The first time you use FirstClass after installing, you will need
to configure the settings. Type
www.glenbard.org in the address
dialog box. (FirstClass will add the .fc extension - That is normal).
Enter your UserID and password.
Click Login. |

It is recommended that you install a configuration file to improve your
FirstClass security and provide more options to your account. This
configuration file is available in the Building Staff or Student
Conferences for each building as a mail message from Administrator.

Open the mail message and read it.
Double-click the home.fc attachment.
|
|
| 8. |
|
A small file will download and a window will appear. Click Update
to install the configuration file. |
