If you are using Mac running OSX
you will use the following link to download the software:

The Disk Image file will download to your computer and decompress.
You will see a disk icon that says Install FirstClass Client.

Double-click the Install FirstClass Client icon and double-click the
installer file.
|

Run the Installer. |

Locate FirstClass in your Applications folder and launch the
program.

The first time you use FirstClass after installing, you will need
to configure the settings. Type
www.glenbard.org in the address
dialog box. (FirstClass will add the .fc extension - That is normal).
Enter your UserID and password.
Click Login. |

It is recommended that you install a configuration file to improve your
FirstClass security and provide more options to your account. This
configuration file is available in the Building Staff or Student
Conferences for each building as a mail message from Administrator.

Open the mail message and read it.
Double-click the home.fc attachment. |
|

|
A small file will download and a window will appear.
Click Update to install the configuration file. |
