FirstClass Voice Mail Basics |
All Glenbard employees will receive e-mails, voice messages and faxes delivered directly to thier FirstClass accounts. This service allows you to retrieve your e-mail and voice mail from any computer or any telephone, respond to your e-mail by telephone, and create custom voice greetings for specific callers or times. The fastest way to retrieve your messages is through your FirstClass account but you can still access voice messages via telephone when more privacy is needed. |

A new voice message from a Glenbard phone will display with the extension and name assigned to the phone. the attachment column. You can press the PLAY/STOP button to stop or replay the message.
